The Third Industrial Revolution | Jeremy Rifkin

I’ve been a fan of Rikin’s thinking since my philosophy professor let me borrow an out of print copy of his book, Algeny. To be clear I think he is surfacing the most important concepts in economics. Full stop. This is because he intersects economics with psychology, philosophy, and physics. At a first approximation this may seem a bit too much but once you understand how we are at a point in human history where we have to bring these things together, in very meaningful ways, if we’re going to find a way forward.

There’s no way I could bring you up to speed on Rifkin’s ideas so I invite you to watch a recent talk he gave summarizing the Third Industrial Revolution.
